The project focuses on documenting entrances, foyers, gates, lobbies, tunnels, ticket counters etc. of distinct neighborhoods at night, which contrasted in formal aesthetics such as colors, materiality, offsets, transparency, accessibility, sizes, shapes, etc.

The diptychs compare those qualities of the gateway and lay flat side by side on our digital screen with the spectator never fully getting the opportunity to presume the resident's lifestyle, or the surroundings they are captured in. It almost becomes a 'door personality' test to pry deep into their details to obtain as much as the littlest information, in getting to know what was or is shut inside such man-made ‘beautiful’ boundaries.
